PR Metals Limited is a stockist and distributor of multi metals and plastics, and fabrications made of metals thereof. Based in Burntwood, Staffordshire we supply to a wide range of customers in various industries across the UK.
Our Quality Management System has been developed to be adaptive and responsive to various internal and external issues identified by the Leadership Team, and to meet the needs and expectations of our interested parties. Furthermore, our management system is compliant with the principles of BS EN ISO9001:2015, and is certified as such by a UKAS accredited Certification Body.
We are fully committed to the provision of a total, quality assured service in meeting statutory requirements, legal requirements and the customers specified and anticipated needs and expectations in an organised and professional manner.
We set quality objectives, consistent with this quality policy, at least once per year, and monitor progress against such objectives continually. Our quality objectives and advocated by the full leadership team, and are communicated to employees in a manner which is relevant to them.
Finally, we are always keen to improve effectiveness our quality management system be investing in our infrastructure, technology and equipment, and by training and developing our employees to be the best they can be.
The Directors review this policy periodically and communicate it internally to employees, and externally on request from interested parties.
